Yesterday night I was feeling unusually restless to the extent that it was draining every little energy left in me, and just as I was about to go to bed in an extremely tired state, it dawned on me that aside adding positive value to the lives of people which is my everyday goal, for more than three days now, I have not had time for my personal growth and development, and restlessness was the result.

So, in order for me not to further strengthen any negativity that want to start renting space in my life or mind, I decided that tomorrow, which is today, I would stay at home, leave everything and dedicate time to building myself. I made up my mind that today 90% of what I do will be geared towards my personal growth and development. On the norms, immediately after my morning prayers I would sleep for about two or three hours, 

but today, as early as 6am in the morning I was already upbeat, I began reading contents that my tight schedules have deterred me from reading, I watched videos that align with my career, purpose, Deen and worked seriously on my designing and writing skills. By the time it was about 4pm, I had read productive contents that when merged together can make up a book, I have designed graphics that I never imagined I would design in my life, 

I have written contents that if I merge them together, a short book can emerge from it, and my zeal and determination towards becoming who I want to be, where I want to be tomorrow and most importantly my self-consciousness as a Muslim has increased as a result of watching countless Iman boosting lectures. Frankly, if an outsider was to describe how much data I used today, they would say "I burned a lot of data," 

but I think that all I did was invest my data in my personal growth and overall mental, psychological and spiritual well-being. To cap it up, here's a piece of advice to every individual out there who is feeling unsually restless and drained. "I want you to know that SAPA, inadequate food, inadequate sleep or lack of electricity has got NOTHING to do with your RESTLESSNESS." "The RESTLESS state you are in now is the result of your inability to dedicate time to your personal growth and development, 

your inability to indulge in retrospection and introspection, and your inability to read morally uplifting books, and your inability to invest your data on videos that will make you a better human. Leave everything you are doing now and ponder about the meaning of your life, ask yourself thought provoking questions and answer them yourself, and most importantly bridge the gap that your dispositions have built between you and God. Do this, and you will thank me later💚😊."
