Knowing "FULLY WELL" that I had eaten to much junk food at the party, immediately I got home, I rushed to the pharmacy to purchase a detoxification drug (WRONG ❌).
Knowing "FULL WELL" that I had eaten to much junk food at the party, immediately I got home, I rushed to the pharmacy to purchase a detoxification drug (RIGHT✓).
NOTE: There's no such thing as fully well in a standard modern English. That is because, the word "FULL" is an adverb on its own. In respect to that, the phrase "FULL WELL" is considered as standard and more correct than the phrase, "FULLY WELL." This is most often used to modify the verb "to know".
